Singapore: City Tour, River Cruise, Clark Quay, Sentosa, Vivo City

Hippo Bus City Tour and The Original Singapore River Cruise

Again, we went to Suntec City and boarded the Hippo City Tour Bus. The 1 hour tour took us to CBD, Clark Quay, and Orchard Road among others. After finishing the tour, we took the Hippo City Tour Bus again but this time, we alighted in Clark Quay to ride the Original Singapore River Cruise / Bumboat Ride. The boat takes you to the other side of the river not cruised by the Duck Boat ride. It also passes near the Merlion so tourists can take pictures.

Clark Quay

After the bumboat ride, we ate our lunch in Clark Quay. There are lots of restaurants to choose from. If you want some adventure, you can find the G-Max Reverse Bungee Jumping in Clark Quay.

Sentosa

We took a cab in Clark Quay and instructed the driver to drop us off at Harbor Front Centre Tower 2. There, we purchased Sentosa Package tickets at around SGD55-60 per person for tour including entrance to butterfly/insect kingdom, carlsberg tower, underwater world, dolphin lagoon, and 2-way cable car ride. We also got a bonus ticket to Chinatown Heritage Museum from the package. The tour was fun especially the Carlsberg Tower Ride, Underwater World and Dolphin Lagoon.

Vivo City

After our Sentosa adverture, we went to Vivo City (Mall is attached to Harbor Front) to window shop and to eat dinner. Vivo City is the newest and biggest mall in Singapore overtaking Suntec City. There is also Sentosa MTR station in the topmost floor, near the foodcourt, which can take you to Sentosa and back.
