1. When booking a flight, always be reminded that a low cost airline does not necessarily mean that their rates are lower than that of regular airlines. Sometimes, you can get a better fare deal with regular airlines. Also, you have to consider the arrival time of the airline in your travel destination. A morning flight and an evening flight to your travel destination makes a lot of difference.

5. Always bring along a sturdy but light luggage. A luggage with poor quality might cause a lot of trouble, it might collapse in the middle of your trip.
6. Bring clothes according to the weather of your destination. So if you are visiting to Singapore which is a very humid and hot country through out the year, be sure the bring light cotton clothing.
7. Do not forget to bring a good reliable camera and a foldable tripod. If your camera is powered by batteries, make sure that you bring extra batteries along.

ReplyDelete5) I have sometimes travelled with the cheapest luggage. It usually lasts at least one trip, sometimes three or four more trips. If it breaks I don't feel cheated. It can easily be replaced without a care. Expensive luggage isn't worth the extra expense most of the time IMHO.
6) Travel with very few items of clothing. Shopping for clothes is a wonderful way to see how average people live and shop too. I like throwing unnecessary clothing away.
